Mark O’Donnell, owner of Operations Excellence, LLC, has worked for small to mid-sized businesses over the past 35 years in a variety of roles. He has worked with companies in a range of industries, including electrical wiring device manufacturing, mass produced consumer products, safety products, theatrical rigging, and large scale construction projects. Mark played key roles in many accomplishments, such as successfully introducing automation across assembly and injection molding functions – dramatically increasing throughput and profitability; reducing energy costs by 50%; implementing ISO 9001 QMS; growing intake by 400% over a 4 year period; successfully integrating acquisitions (twice); reducing costs on the top selling product by 40%; successfully launching multiple new products; completely revising the order fulfillment process to support change in business model and growth.
